About Me
I’m fascinated and amazed by the natural world, finding myself at home deep in the woods at first light or among the desolate winter wetlands, escaping the pressures of modern life. I began taking photos late in life and it has opened up new ways of seeing the world that never fails to surprise me.
Through photography and filmmaking I try to capture the stories of the living landscapes around us, highlighting the wildlife as part of a wider dynamic environment which is every bit as important as the animals within it.
Away from the cameras I have a penchant for collecting fossils, rocks, and books. When I’m not out exploring I work as an aerodynamicist with a background in aerospace engineering.
